My Work: Directed, produced and edited Overtime, my longest short film production to date, while also leading the project’s VFX work. Managed a crew of over 30 members across 7 production days, coordinating studios, locations, set construction and overnight disassembly under tight schedules. Oversaw production logistics, rehearsals, risk assessments and licensing procedures, including council communication to secure clearance for a child actor. Also led a successful Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign, plus reached particular funders, to support the production. Led both the creative and technical direction of the project, ensuring smooth coordination across departments throughout the shoot.
